Return/Exchange Policy

What is your return/exchange policy?
  • For a refund or exchange, Nowhereland must receive merchandise within 14 days of date of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition. Returns outside of this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Nowhereland and will only be refunded as store credit.
  • A Return Authorization Form (RAF) for your item(s) is mandatory. Please contact us at infoshopnowhereland@gmail.com to obtain this form. 
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached (where provided). Dust bags (where provided) should be included with your return.

    NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

    How do I return an item?  
    Contact us directly at infoshopnowhereland@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will email you back within 2-3 days with a Return Authorization Form (RAF) and the address where to send your return. Package the return form and your item(s) securely, in the original packaging if possible. Take the package to your nearest Canada Post Office and ship the package via insured service. If your package is uninsured, we do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. 

    Can I return a sale item?

    When will my credit card be refunded?
    Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
