Any personal information given to Nowhereland will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Our Nowhereland server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, shopnowhereland.com does not store your credit card information at any time. Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

What credit cards do you accept? 

Nowhereland accepts the following credit cards: Visa and Master Card. Additionally, we accept Paypal payments.

What sales tax do you charge? 

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Any applicable sales tax (determined by province) will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.

Item availability?  

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

 

How do I set up a user account with Nowhereland?

Once you have placed your first order via the Guest Checkout option you will be asked to set up a User Account where you can track all future orders.

I've made a mistake on my order. How can I change it?  

If you have made an error when ordering (such as wrong size or colour) contact Customer Service immediately at infoshopnowhereland@gmail.com.
